You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All website content — including text, images, logos, and code — remains the intellectual property of GCCO and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

4. Website Operation

This website is operated from the United Arab Emirates. While international users are welcome, you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws. Export or re-export of any content or materials must comply with UAE export control regulations.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.

6. Pricing, Currency & Payments

• All prices on this website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT at 5% unless stated otherwise. The VAT contained in your order is itemised on your tax invoice.
• You may pay by card (Visa or Mastercard), in instalments with Tabby, or in cash on collection or delivery.
• Card payments are completed on a secure page hosted by our payment provider, Network International. Your full card number is never handled or stored by GCCO.
• Choosing Tabby creates a separate agreement between you and Tabby on Tabby's own terms, and Tabby decides whether to approve it.
• Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
• GCCO reserves the right to cancel or reject orders in case of pricing or system errors.

7. Delivery & Installation

• GCCO offers professional delivery and installation across the UAE.
• Delivery is scheduled based on customer location and product availability.
• Customers must ensure access to the installation area and vehicle availability.
• If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, rebooking or delivery fees may apply.
• GCCO is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

8. Warranty & Returns

• All tyres and batteries are covered by manufacturer warranties ranging from 1–5 years.
• Warranty claims must be inspected and approved by the manufacturer's representative.
• Inspection usually takes 2–3 weeks.
• Customers may need to purchase a new product while the claim is under review.
• No returns or refunds without the original invoice.
• Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.

9. Vehicle Drop-off & Liability Disclaimer

• You authorize GCCO to test-drive the vehicle if necessary.
• GCCO is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
• Remove all valuables before handing over your vehicle.
• By delivering the vehicle, you acknowledge full responsibility for personal belongings.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for:

• Unauthorized resale or redistribution of products or content.
• Uploading or transmitting malware or spam.
• Attempting unauthorized access or disruption.
• Framing or deep-linking content without written consent.

11. Account Responsibility
