At Gulf Coasts Co. LLC (GCCO), we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional delivery services for all our customers across the UAE and the GCC region. This policy outlines our delivery timelines, conditions, and applicable fees to ensure full transparency and a smooth experience for every order.

1. Delivery Within the UAE

• Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 1 business day after order confirmation, depending on product availability and customer location.
• Our local delivery service operates through GCCO mobile vans, offering on-site tyre and battery installation at your preferred location.
• The mobile van delivery and installation service fee within the UAE is AED 150, which includes transportation, installation, and balancing.
• Customers will receive an order confirmation followed by a delivery schedule via SMS or phone call.
• Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, or due to high demand, but our team will always communicate any changes promptly.
• Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that they or their authorized representative are available to receive the order.

2. Delivery to GCC Countries (Outside the UAE)

• GCCO delivers to selected Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
• The minimum international order for shipping outside the UAE is 4 tyres. Orders smaller than this quantity are not eligible for international delivery.
• Estimated delivery timeframe for GCC orders is 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
• The shipping cost for tyre orders outside the UAE is AED 450.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country's authorities.
• All international shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• GCCO is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs procedures or events beyond our control, such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.

3. Order Processing

• All orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
• Customers will receive an email or phone notification once their order has been dispatched.
• If a product is temporarily unavailable, our team will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery schedule or offer an alternative solution.

4. Delivery Conditions

• Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, working contact number, and be available at the agreed delivery time.
• If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence of the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• GCCO reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines in case of public holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen transportation delays.
• Our delivery and installation teams are trained to provide professional service while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
